What if I need to take it off (e.g., Surgeries)?
No worries, your jewelry can be easily removed with scissors or a nail clipper. Clip it at the welded link and save your chain. We can weld it back for you at no cost.
Can I change my mind after getting linked?
There are no returns; all sales are final.
What if It POP off?
We'll reweld its back on for free as long as you still have the chain and have received your jewelry piece from us. If you didn't get your permanent piece from us, there's a $25 reweld fee.
How do I clean my jewelry?
To clean, use Dawn soap, warm water, a small brush, and polish with a jewelry cloth.
